Gal Adir
Gal spent six years working at Investec Bank Plc, where he was responsible for the asset management of a mixed-use European portfolio worth €350m. The portfolio included office space, retail parks and distribution facilities.
After leaving Investec, Gal turned his passion for real estate into co-founding G&T, a construction and development business focusing on developing award-winning residential schemes across central London.
Following the success of G&T, Gal co-founded the flexible office provider, Uncommon, together with his wife, Tania. In 2016 Uncommon secured the backing of The Carlyle Group and Blackstone to expand the platform throughout London. Gal has spearheaded the delivery and development of Uncommon’s 250,000 sq ft portfolio.
Gal has three little boys. He is a keen traveller and drone operator.
Tania Adir
After qualifying as a solicitor with the leading international law firm Allen & Overy, Tania turned her passion for real estate and design into launching G&T, a construction and development business focusing on developing award-winning residential schemes throughout central London.
Tania co-founded Uncommon, the flexible workspace provider, with her husband Gal following a £250m backing from The Carlyle Group and Blackstone. As CEO, Tania has established Uncommon as the industry-leading flexible operator, delivering best-in-class, design-led, sustainable and technologically advanced spaces.
As well as regularly speaking at industry events, including Property Week and PERE, Tania sits on the judging panel for several leading awarding bodies, including Estates Gazette. Tania has previously been nominated for Young Personality Of The Year 2020 by Property Week and was amongst 46 women named as shaping the world of real estate by Bisnow in 2019.
Tania has three little boys and is an avid traveller.

Devrim Kahramanoglu
Devrim spent 20 years working for some of the worlds’ leading luxury hotel brands, including Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts from August 2014, winning numerous international awards until February 2020 when he joined Uncommon flexible offices and co-working spaces as Director of Operations.
Devrim has established himself within the Hospitality and Commercial Real Estate industries, delivering best-in-class results by offering a unique and genuine customer experience through highly engaged teams that create an exceptional financial and operational outcome, keeping ESG at the heart of all business practices.
Devrim is married and has two daughters. He enjoys sailing in the Mediterranean and hiking in the English countryside.
