The Highbury property was acquired in November 2014 from a private family as derelict, partially occupied former bookbinders. Initial work saw the lower and first floors converted into flexible space. Informed by the success of the renovations, the second floor was also converted, with an additional mezzanine floor being installed to provide a further 2,500 sq ft. Since acquisition, the site has undergone over £4m of Capex and has a total of 22,500 sq ft lettable space.
