The Liverpool Street property was acquired in June 2018 from Amsprop as a newly built Category A mini office tower. We have doubled the occupancy of this property through a Category A Fit Out that saw the installation of a sprinkler system, backup generator and additional air handling systems. Following these improvements, we then implemented a Category B Fit Out, introducing a two-floor member lounge, roof terrace and back-of-house kitchen, as well as meditation pods and a WELL studio.
