What we do.

A key aspect of our approach is to identify locations where we feel a benchmark project would deliver exceptional value and offer something unique in the area. For example, creating multimillion-pound houses in the heart of Islington was deemed, by many, to be folly. Nevertheless, 58 Myddelton Square broke new ground by achieving the highest ever price for the area, at £5.85m. And Liverpool Road is not necessarily associated with high-end or luxury, but, with number 66, we created a boutique collection of three flats that achieved a similar price per sq ft to those in the lauded Canaletto building. Yes, there’s an element of bravado here, but, in all honesty, it’s a simple strategy: we are taking our knowledge of the area and matching it with our understanding of our customer. Our inherent affinity with the lifestyles of people who buy our properties is the other cornerstone of our business proposition.
