Uncommon Holborn aims to be the first building in the UK to achieve WELL Core Platinum Certification. Unlike environmental standards, WELL Core is concerned with how building design and management impacts people. For this reason, the comfort, health and wellbeing of the future occupiers is at the forefront of our design development.

Acquisition & Development.

High Holborn was sourced by the Adir Group as off market opportunity and acquired in September 2019 as an end-of-life concrete building. Then in disrepair, the development of this former MoD headquarters required us to secure three planning permissions and the negotiated surrender of a remaining retail tenant. We have stripped the building to enable comprehensive core and shell modifications. Ultimately, the property will deliver 100,000 sq ft of lettable space targeting WELL Platinum accreditation. Works are ongoing.

In order to attract future occupiers, we have created a full range of marketing and sales materials that showcase how flexible working at the High Holborn property will look and operate.
